About abortion of unmarried girl
What are side effects of abortions pills for unmarried girl Of 22 yrs of age. sonography is needed for the confirmation of pregnancy. If sonography is not done nd I take the abortions pills then what happened.

Sonography is done to rule out ectopic pregnancy ,molar pregnancy and to also see the weeks of pregnancy..
If the pregnancy is more than 8 weeks chances of failed medical management are high.
And in cases of mole n ectopic medical management by abortion pills is not recommended
