Endometrial polyp
I’ve been diagnosed with an endometrial polyp and am really worried. Is this the same as cancer? Will it heal itself and is it very dangerous?

it is not the same as cancer . it needs to be removed and sent for histopathological exami ation to confirm . A lot of times it is benign .but we need to send it for HPE for confirmation.
