Endo+pcod treatment and diet plan?

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have been diagnosed with pcod+endometriosis since 2013, have had a laparascopy once, since then, hormone treatment - and luprin injections, contraceptives, vitamins, etc is all I have been given. But over the years and months my pain has just increased, now I get UTI and the pain adds and lands me to the ER. I just need a good treatment plan.
