Enamel treatment

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Enamel on two of my teeth has been completely damaged (as told by dentist). He told me he has to inject some liquid cement. But he is telling that it will be erased in 2 years and I have to get treated again. I wanted to know if there is any permanent solution to this problem.
