Front teeth are unlikely to be damaged while feeding. Seems like she may have decay of her front teeth. Keep her mouth clean especially at night do brushing for her before she sleeps.
Consult a pedodontist.. u can stop feeding . Whenever u feed anything wash d mouth .. keep d mouth clean.. I need a picture so I can tell u wt exact treatment u need ya u can resolve at home
The case needs to be evaluated by a pedodontist, so try to schedule an appointment with the same as soon as possible. Extreme cooperation cannot be expected from very small children but nonetheless treatment has to be done before the symptoms aggravate further.
