En coup de Sabre needs to be medically managed first based on the disease activity which is usually known through a skin biopsy. After successful control of activity and once the disease is burnt out, fat grafting can be done by either a plastic surgeon or a dermatosurgeon. Associated comorbidities of En coup de Sabre should be assesses and treated as well.
