I take one pill today after sex...if i sex again within 72 hours of taking 1st pill without taking another pill..can i get pregnant??? Help me its urgent

Hi , no need of second pill within 72 hours, as pill is made up of hormone and it develops hormonal changes in uterus, which wouldn't allow stabilization of fertilized ovum.
