Elzefen nd mox cv 625
If elzefen and mox cv are taken by mother after a surgery ,what harm does it cause in exclusively breastfed babies. The medication is taken on prescription but unfortunately the pain doesn't go away so I am pushed to take the medicine for one more week , but already I have been taking the medicine for the past two weeks as once daily (but prescribed to take it thrice daily). Please do answer

Use of elzefen during breastfeeding is generally not recommended though not much studies are there regarding side effects but it is generally not recommended
Mox cv is safe to use during breastfeeding because it is seen that it doesn’t pass in breast milk in significant amount to cause any harm to baby
Regarding how long u need to take it and dosage please consider your treating doctor
