  4. Elevation of nipple portion. Surgory?

Elevation of nipple portion.
Before around 9/10 years there was like tumor/bubble in my chest (in nipple portion). After 2/3 years the tumor/bubble cured, but elevation of nipple portion remained till yet. Physically it doesn't makes me any problem but it makes me feel awkward when I remove shirt in front of others. Is this possible to remove this elevation by making minor surgory ?
