Elevated lymphocytic count

Asked for Female, 47 Years

When i checked for the first time my lymphocyte count was 57% and then it becomes 54% and now it is 66%. My total wbc count is normal. I have striking like pain on my feet. Also there is associated knee pain and abdominal pain. I had no recent reports of viral infection and no other symptoms, fever etc.Still I have severe pain in the specified areas.
