Right hand elbow pain from past 1 month. Pain when I stretch my hand straight and when i keep my elbow on chair hand rest. Feeling little bit relief with elbow support band.

Looking at the handrest pain history looks like you have inner elbow pain can be due to either golfers elbow or ulnar nerve pressure symptoms which radiates along the little finger side. If it is outer aspect of elbow it is tennis elbow. Do not put elbow band before your doctor advises you.
