Elbow pain
I am new mother with 10 week baby girl. I am having severe pain in my elbows after  4 week of birth of my daughter . I Also have pain in other joints like fingers, knees, wrists etc. My ESR is 26. RA factor is 4 ( negative) c reactive protein is 1.2. My doctor says it is rhematoid arthiritis, but all the blood test are negative except ESR being little high. Does joint pain have any link to breastfeeding. I don't want to take pain killers as I have polycystic kidneys and already on medication of high blood pressure since last 5 years. Presently I am also taking supplement for vitamin d3 and b12. Somebody suggested me ayurved treatment of yogaraj gugglu / rehmartho ( from baidyanath) along with dashmularishth. Kindly suggest ayurvedic medicine for joint pains for my problem which are safe during breastfeeding.

Hello you take yograj guggul 2tab three times  and maharasnadi kawath 2 times 4spoon with water  and dashmul tail

After delivery during breast feeding there will be immense need of lipids to body as breast milk components are mainly lipids. The babies developing brain and organs need that lipids. If that lipid is not supplied in food of mother then the body goes drying to supply that essential part of breast milk. The elasticity of tissues increases during pregnancy.. Now it should come to normal by compacting tissues...by reducing the flabbiness of tissues...  so the weight should reduce to normal. All these happen if the good and suitable lipid supplied in diet. One of that lipid is Ghee.

Guggulu Arishta etc medicines what you mentioned above all these by nature dries up the body. and may alter breast milk quality and quantity which may affect babies health. As per given information it is not suitable to you. For your health issue The method should be like this. Should nourish breast milk quality and quantity. should correct your digestive system...as your ESR is bit high... it is due to less digestive power.  should nourish your body specially joints should bring compactness in your body. should be safe as food for daily consumption.

So this will help you as per given information... Daily 3 times with hot food have 4 to 5 tsp melted ghee. with 1 tsp of jira or cumin seed powder boiled in 200ml of milk drink along with food. can reduce food quantity if jira milk satisfying your hunger. Daily before bath at empty stomach apply warm sesame oil or mustard oil.. all joints specially need massage... should be round to joints without pressure.. can do own.. rest all body parts upside to down within couple of days should improve.
