Elaboration of the received report
My sister is having been having irregular periods with pain for sometime now. Went for anUltrasound on the suggestion of a Doctor. The USG and Report has been attached. Will she be able to conceive in the future? Doctors have said that it may be possible after laparoscopy. Please confirm.

Multiple large ovarian cysts are present.
Needs surgical removal ( cystectomy).
Chances of conception will definitely improve but exact status can be told only by the operating doctor after the surgery is done.

You can go for laparoscopy for ovarian cyst only if they are associated with pain
Next Steps
If there is no pain then get her married and only if there is a difficulty in conception you can go for ovulation induction and egg collection followed by ICSI and embryo transfer ( sandwich model of endometriosis)
Health Tips
If there is no pain and resection of endometrioma will only decrease ovarian reserve further . Do a Serum AMH before laparoscopy to document ovarian reserve .
Do not do drilling for PCOD as it decreases ovarian reserve
