Ejection fraction of the Left Ventricle.
My father was facing difficulty in deep breathing, and so we did some tests. In his 2D echo test, the EF of LV has come out to be 47% , earlier it was 60%. Is this a serious issue...?? Even though his cardiologist has stated, it's nothing serious, we're worried. Please answer. I've attached the report

Does he have any chest pain on exertion... if there's a drop in his lv function it would be a good idea to get a tread mill stress test done
