Ejection fraction is a subjective operator dependant value on 2DEcho. Don't worry much about 5% reduction.  What matters is your exercise tolerance. If you can walk for 30 min without angina and breathlessness, it's good. Medicine seems to be good (hope by clopilet you mean clopilet A ) . Life style modification will help . Avoid tobacco / alcohol, exercise regularly and eat a good diet on time.
