Eggs in pregnancy
Can i eat 1 boiled egg everyday in pregnancy and if yes whether to eat only egg white or whole egg as egg yolk contains more nutrients but  bacteria also.? some articles says w egg is of heat category, it should not be eaten daily.

Yes u can have , whole as well as egg white. Yes up.to two eggs a day not a big deal.
