Egg whites and Whey protein isolate for
My LDL is 166, can I still eat egg whites instead of whole egg to meet protein requirements for bodybuilding. Also is it ok to consume Whey protein isolate? Please suggest

Soyabean , Pulses are best veg proteins. Don’t rely on artificial powders
