Please Take Dates beet root apples kiwis cheeku jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take milk and dry fruits regularly Take Tab geriforte by Himalaya 1   1 Lohasav 10 ml Twice a day for 3 months Ashwagandharistha 20 ml Twice a day for 3 months Reconsult after 15 days We will think of doing investigation if needed
