Hello Ma'am. Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. There is no harm in masturbation wether a male or female. But in Female masturbation,  there is a chance to rupture a Hymen, which is you can say equivalent to lose a virginity, if the Hymen is rupture or partially ruptured. I'm also doing the same from the childhood,  but encounter no problems after marriage. But having Sex is thousand times better than masturbation and no adverse effect on sexual relationship with the husband or boyfriend even somebody is practicing masturbation since childhood. Even I have observed,  the Pleasure is increased beyond explanation. Your problem is psychological & full of Anxiety,  and you are worrying unnecessarily and stressed out. I promise you,  you will experience the same Pleasure like other girls. Anxiety and excessive worrying will decrease the sexual urge or sexual desire & obviously disturb your sexual life. I think,  there is no need to worry. Take care and have a good luck. Regards.
