Effect of registran on next cycle

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I took registran tablet for three days last month. I got my periods three days after discontinuing. Generally my cycle is 25-28 days. But this time I didn't get my period until day 31. Does registran causes such abnormalities

Take a pregnancy to clear doubts on pregnancy ,in case u had an unprotected sex and in case it is Negative u would need an ultrasound done to see for the cause of delay in periods.
