Effect of Peglec - gastric lavage
It took 3 hrs from the starting time of giving Peglec (137.15g in 1 liter of water taken over 2 hrs) for the first bowel movement. First stool itself was a lot of amount and also kinda watery. No more bowel movement since then. Is that normal? Is that adequate for Colonoscopy? Or is it advisable to repeat the peglec procedure before doing sedation followed by Colonoscopy? Kindly advise.

Yes usually this is enough. Although sometimes more dosage is needed but that is rare.
