Tablet Meprate consisits of MedroxyProgesterone, which basically acts like a natural sex hormone called as progesterone.
It is used in females in Amenorrhoea and in abnormal uterine bleeding.
In males it is used to control inappropriate sexual behavior to chemically castrate specially in convicted sex offenders.
