Effect of betnovate n cream

I am using the betnovate n cream for past 4years, now for almost 1month i stop using betnovate n. but the the side effect is still on my face the rashes are not going. everyday i am using cetaphil moisturizer and aloevera gel to get rid off it but still the rashes are not going please give ke some suggestion.
