Ed & pe & ibs with constipation. Help!

From last 6 years i have erectyle dysfunction & pme & ibs with constipation, bloating, gas, hyperacidity, tight stool, some time thick mucus, sumtym sound in abdomen, bad smell from fart, don’t feel hungry at all, my height is 5 ft weight around 60 kg,whnevr i eat rich food next day i get lower abdomen pain, and constipated stool 3 to 4 times a day, from time to time it is increasing, no morning erection no erection no desire at all, i am unmarried now, willing to marry in 3 to 4 months, but i’m in fear, my penis size is shrinked & night fall comes after 2 to 3 months, semen quality is poor watery, whenever i took ayurveda medicine for this i got constipation, gas, and bleeding while passing stool, and then i started taking allopathy treatment, but they gave me tadalafil, i used to take it , i got erected for 5 to 10 seconds, i couldn’t hold erection for long time, after completing tdlafil course, there is no erection at all, i am really worried, i need complete treatment, pls help
