Ed pe circumcision and sensitivity.

I have got a very peculiar problem, it could be that I am the only one with this. I had very very severe phimosis till the age of 33 yrs, so much that I had never seen my glans. I got myself circumcised before marriage. Now - as a child while growing up, my erections were painful my glans were always fully covered, and I feel because of this I never developed natural liking for stroking and masterbating. I am perfectly straight and I like girls, but I am not a big fan of stroking(and vagina).  I get erect but my erections are not very strong now as there is limited that one can do if he is not very fascinated by vaginas. Also, post circumcision my glans have become totally numb ( were sensitive for 3 months only before they lost sensitivity). I masterbate regularly by stroking not because it gives me pleasure but because I feel the need to ejaculate. My sex life with my wife obviously is not good Lastly, apart for ED, I have PE. I ejaculate within a minute of stroking. Please help!
