Hi, I dont know but since I hit my 30yrs i have been feeling my erection getting weaker and my penis getting stronger. i have tried kegals but I feel like im missing the core problem and kegal might not be the right approach here. I would really like a solution for this situation and I even my morning erections are weak right now. Any help in ayurvedic or non ayurvedic treatments so that I can get my old erections back would be great. I dont know if i the cause is because of my past excessive masturbation or smoking and drinking. A help in finding the root cause so that I can get out this situation would be greatful
