Definitely, ED is quite frustrating something..it will decrease your manegood confidence..first of all modify your lifestyle, avoid earing too much junk food , daily exercise, avoid oil and sugar food , healthy lifestyle like daily exercise like 20-40 mins walking atleast and plus we may add some medicine to boost of your stamina
