Hi! Last 7 days continue pain in gentile part red pimple with pain and pus also Ed problem diabetes control but pain in gentile part not tolrate already taken onimennt and antibiotics but not relief further for ed I take dapoxtine 60 + sidanfil 100 mg but not relief what hell problem with my body.

So primarily your infection should be checked
