ED & Pain while urinating
I am diabetic and on metformin 500 & glimipiride 1 mg since oct 2017. From 4-5 months i am experiencing slight pain while urinating and the urge to urinate is high even though frequency is normal. Also experiencing ED from 4-5 months but not low on desire. Fasting blood sugar is lesser than 120 but post meal it is between 180-225, BP is normal. Please help with your valuable advice.

May be chances urinary tract infections...visit to nearby gynaecologist/sexologist so that he/she help you accordingly by giving you proper treatment..diabetes control necessary
