ED after taking Ayurvedic tabs?

I did an experiment with multiple herbs to reap benefits after reading about any side effects etc. The herbs I took were Ashwagandha 2tablets/day, Brahmi 2tablets/day and Gokshura 2tablets/day all by Himalaya. The problem is that for some reason this has killed my libido and I cannot get and stay erect when I am in bed with my girlfriend. My age is 23 so it has really disturbed me and I feel really depressed about this. Is this because of the herbs? I took them only for 3 weeks.
