Eczema severe condition

Asked for Male, 44 Years

For past 2 yes I'm suffering from severe skin infection in both my legs.Tried with various medications.but still not cured.but for past two weeks things got worsen.i got Irritation all over my body.my legs drying and forming cuts and wounds.pls let me know better treatment.ps: I'm not diabetic.
