  4. Ectopic pregnancy. What does one do now?

Ectopic pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancy confirmed after 6 weeks, 1 dose of methotrexate administered when hcg level was 1732, today is day 4 and the HCG level has increased to 4432. What does one do now? The doctor is too apocalyptic , please help!
