Has anyone treated ectopic heartbeats PACs before got them by taking one tablet hcq400 Attaching ecg reports taken 8 months back. Resting heart rate- 72, bp- 114/70

Ectopic heartbeat is speciality of cardiologist. Untill unless severe anxiety are associated, it doesn't come under purview of clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. So for generally ectopic heartbeat is not considered as any problem. So clinical psychologist or psychiatrist treat it as anxiety disorder.
