Ecotopic Pregnancy Termination.

Hi, Feb month I found that I am pregnant by UPT test and approached the doctor in local for correct duration calculation and to know more about my and my baby condition she suggested scanning after two days. But unfortunately i had heavy bleeding it was midnight and my husband took me to the nearby hospital for emergencies. They did a scan and informed me of nothing found in this scan and asked me to do Radiology. Maybe the baby is in the tube. Which we cannot find out in a normal scan. The same day my grandfather died so in tension i have not taken radiology and bleeding was not stopped for 5 days so i went to local cleaning and they informed me that the products are still in my stomach. Due to some personal issues i cannot follow up with the check up. My question is if any chance of pregnancy cannot be found on a normal scan only on radiology? What are the side effects in case of ecotopic Pregnancy.?? My health condition is getting worse and I am having period issue now
