Echo interpretation
I am looking at my 2D Echo and it state AV mildly thickened, MV with trace of MR and TV with trace of TR. What causes this and how do I improve this thickening and trace? If it can't be improved, how do I prevent it from getting worse? I have a RBBB without any significant reason. I am 55 year old white woman. Also, how do I get definitions for my report? i.e AO sinus, AoV Vmax, etc?

Whatever information you have told , all are normal as these can be there in ECHO of your age person. Thickening of AV is  age related changes so its fine. Can take ecosprin AV cap.after consulting a physician or cardiologist. RBBB could be there in 3-5% of normal population
