Echo and negative tmt

Hello sir please check my echo report it was taken 5 months before and tmt also done is negative Having pressure in chest and burping and burning sensation and also pain in chest Is it heart related or what ? Is any other tests are needed for heart evaluation ?

Your Echo and TMT are normal. So this pain is not heart related for sure. No need to do any further heart tests. This can be gastric related
