ECG shows inferior ischemia.
Is anything to worry about? ECG shows inferior ischemia. I have attached the report. Doctor says nothing to worry about. But I do feel breathless and chest pain sometimes, not sure it's because of stress or anxiety.

Do you have any morbidities? Is your ht really 7.6 ft? ECG has subtle changes, don't know whether they are new or old changes. If you have any previous ECG, please compare and share. Even with those ECG changes propability of heart attack in your age is very less.. Needs further clinical evaluation.. Echo test, Troponin test followed by TMT test if trop test is negative is a reasonable approach..
