Please tell me the ECG report is normal or not and why this QRS duration. First time it has come. I'm on metropolol 50 mg

Normal ecg ! However u may need to increase ur metoprolol dose ! Tc

Its a normal ECG ignore the printed report its machine generated its not reliable
