I recently did an ECG after hearing many cases of young adults having cardiac issues and attached are the findings. The doctor mentioned it as WNL. Should I be relaxed about my heart and what are the precautions I should follow now for heart health

Yes ECG is normal. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day,  keep weight in control, avoid junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking

Normal ECG. Precautions: Daily walking for 45 minutes & No outside food + Proper 7 hours sleep.
