  4. ECG Report. Please tell me it is normal?

I had nausea rapid heart beat last night and bit of jaw pain which impaired my sleep. I went for an ECG. Please tell me it is normal ? I also had Trop I which came negative. I never had PAC in previous ECG. It's the first time I have
