  4. ECG report. To be worried about?

Hi, Got an anxiety attack last night. Went to a doctor in emergency. The ECG report shows unconfirmed diagnosis. Is it something to be worried about? The report says sinus tachycardia & borderline abnormalities. Attaching the report. Pls help to consult!
