Ecg report
Hi My ecg report is sinus tachycardia with rightward axis and with borderline . What exactly rightward axis means is it any thing to worry ?my 2d echo is normal

Nothing to worry. Need to see the ECG. Ignore the printed report its machine generated its not reliable

Dont worry about right acis deviation. Sinus tachycardia will settle down. If persisting then start medication Tab ivabid 5 twice daily.
