ECG longitudinal left axis
Hello , I was having some general anxiety symptoms like wrist pain, tightness in left side chest so I have done ECG, it says Normal Sinus Rhythm but longitudinal left axis deviation and my BP was 130/90. Kindly find attached ECG report and let me know whether it's normal or do i need to take any action.

ECG is apparently normal, neglect the printed report. BP needs to be monitored 130/90 is upper limit for your age. Kindly work on lifestyle modification diet changes low-salt diet low fat diet. Regular exercise yoga meditation should be practised.
