  4. ECG- Left Axis Deviation. Reason?

ECG- Left Axis Deviation
Hi, I recently got an ECG as a part of my preventive health checkup and the report says Left Axis deviation. I don't have any history of BP issues etc and also during my examination the BP was 130/80. What can be the possible reason?
