Hello, the ECG in apple watch is mainly designed to detect abnormal heart rhythms i.e. arrhythmias. It may not detect heart attack. You being a 34 year old are relatively at lower risk of having blocked heart arteries. If you are hypertensive, diabetic, smoker or have high cholesterol and family history of heart disease then you should visit a cardiologist to rule out cardiac cause of chest pain. This perticular ECG strip looks fairly normal but again its not as reliable as a standard 12 lead ECG.
Next Steps
Get your Cardiac checkup done by a cardiologist in the form of ECG, 2D Echo, Stress test
Health Tips
If your chest pain persists for more than 20 min or you have associated sweating, palpitations or difficulty in breathing then immediately visit a cardiologist
