Eating behaviour
Hi,
My son shreehan 2.8 yrs old having behaviour issues(autism) like
Behaviours like running,head stimming,cross eye look,flapping .
Our main concern is his excessive eating he wants eat every time something.which is tasty if we doesn't gives he continously cries
Today only came to know continous eating is eating disorder syndrome( prader).eating disorder causing all these behaviour issues
How can we control his eating behaviour plz kindly help me
