nothing happen bt if this process is in regular habit then it create problem that food is not properly digestible. take 1 hour gap between ur meal and sleep.

Before sleep if food taken goes all nourishment to upper clavicle portion of body... for maximum people it may result in sleep disturbance, breathing problem, Ear, eyes, nose head throat dental problems.. 
Next Steps
Good to give minimum 2 hrs gap to food and sleep .

It is always suggested to take your meal 2 hours prior to sleep as our body needs time to digest the food we eat. Also chances of weight gain, sleep deprivation etc gets minimal
