It's wax filled up the ear and blocking, he told me it's hard and smoothen it up so that he can clean it later! Is it true ? Is there no way to instantly clean the wax without smoothening it for days?

if the wax is impacted and hard its not advisable to remove it as it will cause lot of pain and injury to the skin of ear canal. though modern suction irrigation systems can remove moderately hard wax they are not easily available and procedure is expensive. most commonly performed method is to soften the wax with wax softners such as paradichlorobenzene and then remove it by syringing or suction
