I was cleaning my ear with a bud accidently my bud went more inside and it started bleeding but I can hear I have no pain but sometimes my ear bleed

its likely that you have injured skin of your ear canal..if its not continuously bleeding or paining you need not take any treatment
keep ear dry, use cotton while taking bath, don't use ear buds so that skin heals
if you start having pain, hearing loss or pus from ear then you need to consult nearby ENT specialist
