  4. Early Spotting. 28-30 days why is it so?

Early Spotting
Tender breast & Shoulder joint which started 2 weeks before actual periods start date & continuing  , Light spot bleeding now 3 days , 1 week (21 st day ) before normal period start date . ( I do have PMS like tender breast which goes after start of periods. ) My normal Period cycle is 28-30 Days Why is it so ?
